We always send via Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is to make sure that our customers & ourselves are covered for any loss or damage should they occur.

We aim to get your orders packed & posted out to you same (working) day. Monday - Friday.

But bear in mind if you have placed your order after 1pm it’ll more than likely go out to you on the next working day. Our little town post office opening times vary! As per the postage method Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 - 3 working days.

Returns

We hope that you’ll be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy for you to send your item back to us within 14 days from the date you receive your purchase.

Please get in touch before you send your return back so we are aware it’s coming & we can do all we can to assist you. & advise as to how to return to us.

Please make sure the item is either in original packaging where possible or packed well to avoid any damage in transit. If an item is returned in unsuitable packaging which results in damage to the product we will not be able to issue a refund.

When trying on clothing please make sure you are not wearing transferrable make-up, perfume or deodorant etc. If an item is return with heavy scent or soiling or item is deemed unfit for re-sale we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

Please include your name, invoice number & reason for return.

Unfortunately, at present buyer is responsible for return postage costs which is not refundable.
